    My dad bought an early production Premier in 1976. Great looking spacious wagon but full of defects and poor quality control. Stalling, rusting fenders and leaks in several places when we went through our first car wash. Nice driving car that would have sild millions if the quality had been better right from the start.

    • @OsbornTramain
      @OsbornTramain 2 дня назад

      it did sell millions. Between 1976 and 1989 in F and M models 2.2 million Plymouth Volare and Dodge Aspens were produced between 1976 and 1980. Another million Dodge Diplomats and Chrysler Lebarons were built. Plus 600,000 more Chrysler 5th AVenues. about 4 million cars were built all together with only minor trim level differences

    My dad bought an old scout in 77. Idont remember the year if the truck. We lived in AZ in the days of freedom . We drove through the desert and 4 peaks. It was a very ugly truck. Orange. We went to the salt river one day. All the rich kids were there , they had a hill they were trying to climb. My dad pulls up in this junky old thing, I am mortified. These guys are going up this hill, tires spinning, motors racing, just barely climbing with lots of noise and fuss. My dad pull up, puts it in granny gear, and climbs this hill with zero fuss. Went up it like it was nothing . I am 62 now, and remember it clearly. I was so gobsmacked. Just unbelievable. And the crowd of people went nuts. We just drove off,back to the desert . My dad hated people, we were not in the crowd,but we sure heard everyone yelling and clapping.

    Why did you put your name on this? You don’t own the copyright, there is no copyright. You pirated it, probably from youtube, or maybe a DVD of old commercials.

    • @OsbornTramain

      My Trademark is for my broadcast Channel. All TV networks and RUclips channels usually have a logo or icon or name on it. If I pirated this from another channel, feel free to file a complaint, You won't be able to because I produced this video from a 16mm negative that's in the public domain. If you try to reproduce this, off my channel, then I'll sue you for Trademark Violation. So get lost and get a clue. If you're going to speculate about me, then I'll speculate about you, you're just angry because you want to copy it for free and can't and you're probably a low IQ person too.

    The 5 speed hatchback in faded bright yellow (black interior) was my first car, my high school car in the mid-1980s. A hand me down from my older sister. The reverse was already pretty much gone when I got it. Had to park on inclines and “flinstone” with my left foot for backing up. Also had to pump the clutch to shift gears. Still, the car was legendary for its road trips (I cut a sunroof and added a stereo cassette system). When in College, I sharked it, not before I had added red/green Starsky & Hutch racing stripes. Sold it to a buddy for 1 penny. He fixed the clutch but then it seized up and died. RIP F-10

      Eaton was a very greedy mad, sold Chrysler so he could profit with the stock valuation increase, then Daimler devastated the company. Daimler didn't understand that Americans have a different work ethic than Europeans. Americans go to the competitors or cash out stock options, Europeans tend to stay to work for the Master and never leave their jobs. American Chrysler Workers couldn't up up with the German Management Style of barking orders.
